The agent allows for backing up virtual machines from the host without having to install agents on each virtual machine. The agent installs on Windows 2008 Server x64 (any edition) or Microsoft Hyper-V Server 2008 as an add-on to Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 Agent for Windows.
