Specifies the path to and name of the virtual disk file to be created. The file extension corresponds to the type of virtual machine to which the virtual disk will be added:

  • VMware virtual machine – .vmdk
  • MS virtual machine and Citrix XenServer – .vhd
  • Parallels virtual machine – .hdd.
